That’s why military and safari styles share core elements.

• Colors: stick to colors of earth and sand such as beige, brown, terracotta, etc.

• Typical clothing elements resemble military uniforms: straps, pockets, lacing, shoulder straps, belts, etc.

• ‘African’ elements like animal prints, wooden platforms, raffia, etc.

• Textures reminiscent of African wildlife like crocodile skin, snake skin, turtle skin, etc.
